(Yes I will try it - doesn't hurt to ask just in case there is more info required to make it work) Thank you!
I looked at the screenshots you posted. I was able to launch this map with or without CUP Terrains - Core, without getting any visual artifacting like you are experiencing. You may be experiencing other underlying problems with your ARMA 3 client.
The error you are getting of " No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgWorlds/namalsk/WaterExPars.fogColorLightInfluence' ", I would consider 'normal' to see this, as I had to delete a file from the original map in order to get this to work correctly. I believe that was just a map script that had map fog, but it never worked correctly with the original. Since this map is binarized and I am not able to get hold of a non-binarized version, I can't properly fix this error and this map is 'as is'.
When I launched just Namalsk by itself (same thing with loading CUP Terrains - Core), I was able to load into the map without getting any additional errors apart from the single error listed before.
So I'm trying to create a mission using Namalsk as the terrain. I will post a link below to exact workshop listing of Namalsk I am using.
I'm struggling with what mods are required for the terrain to function properly. The Workshop page suggests only JBAD is only required. Now when launching with just Namalsk and JBAD i get an error popup that i can just click OK to and get in game launch the editor everything seems to work fine. When I export the mission file and launch it from my dedicated server the mission file will not launch without CUP Terrains - CORE loaded. When ever CUP Terrains - CORE is loaded it causes weird texture glitches. Screenshots of all of this will be posted below.

without the meta.cpp its not possible to add that to the a3 launcher, or to uploat that mod from workshop directly to the server...
