there is no huntertraining mutation anywhere, i tried playing it on campaign and on the console, but doesn't spawn me as a hunter.
another problem from me, everytime i spawn as the wrong special infected, i get the message for the other team that needs more players

Great map. I've done some couple SpeedRuns on it by now, and I'll still do it.

Im having a weird issue with this map that I dont really understand, but im playing it single player with high fps but every time im in the air I lag around which makes no sense to me. I disabled all my other mods and it still happens, it feels like I have high ping but thats literally impossible because it's single player and the lag only happens when im in the air.

im stuck at challange 8 can someone help me cuz the tutorial did nothing cuz it looks like in tutorial hunter has infinity velocity

Day 2 update: I managed to beat it all! Great map! Challenge 16 (which is the one I ACTUALLY got stuck on) wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I do have a few nitpicks though. On a few challenges, the provided GIFs don't quite match up with the actual level. From a past version, perhaps? Also it feels strange that the level never quite gives you a formal introduction to ceiling pounces, despite the fact that they come up both in the challenges and in dialogue with the boards. Aside from those small details, I loved every second of the map.

Great map! I improved a ton over a short time, that's for sure. Definitely got stuck on challenge 15, but managed to beat the final challenge of just getting around the building.

The survivors do not take damage ON PURPOSE. It is a training map, not a kill the survivors map.

@Megax, yes, it is extremely difficult. It is not something you need to be good at in an actual game, as the regular vert jumping taught at C3 will get you anywhere the C8 way can, just not as quickly.
Feel free to use the skip teleport, unless you're going for a speedrun. I haven't seen a new speedrun in years, so if you do, please send me the video.

@Atmospheric, if restarting the game does not work, try turning any addons you have that alter the hunter.
If that does not work either, the only suggestion I can make is to get L4D1 and play the map on that game instead, where it still works perfectly, including multiplayer. You can literally copy the addon from the L4D2 folder to the L4D1 folder and it'll work without problem.

i launch the game without playing any other matches, i go into console and type the hunter_map training thing
then its loading the game and everything and i disconnect and it says "server is enforcing consistency for this file: models/infected/hunter.mdl

L4D2 server installations are not supported and require third party tools in order for this addon to have any hope of working. The author is not aware of any method of enabling this addon to work in a L4D2 server or in L4D2 multiplayer generally.

Specifically, this addon requires access to various cvars that servers are not able to access, including but not limited to some cheat cvars, which might be possible to be accessed with the installation of an appropriate SourceMod or MetaMod script, but the author is not aware of the existence of such, so finding or making one is left as a task for the end user.

If anyone does find a way to enable multiplayer for this addon in L4D2, please post a comment explaining the steps and tools required.

This addon is fully functional on original L4D1 servers without any additional setup required, and playing in L4D1 is the only working multiplayer method known to the author.

Lastly, please only use English here, as the author does not understand any other languages.

It's a big map, and L4D2 only downloads workshop items when it's running.
If you get an error about the map not being found, it's because it hasn't finished downloading yet.

This map also works on Left 4 Dead 1, and multiplayer with this map is easy there. Multiplayer on L4D2 for this map /might/ be possible, but I have no idea myself and I'm willing to bet no.
