Report a translation problem
I've performed several clean installs, deleted the AppData folder, tried to install the mod manually, and nothing seems to work.
I'd appreciate any help, because I really like this mod and would love to play with it again

Hope this helps and sorry if you already knew about the proton stuff! Feel like the SD Total War players need to stick together!
all you gotta do, is to place this mod in one of the first mods to be loaded, this is mostly because of mods that change the campaing date tend to mess up the turn system
Go to Appdata, (menu + r, %appdata%)
Search Creative Assembly, then Shogun 2, and then Scripts
Open "user.scripts"
there should be a lot of names of mods, or maybe just some, it depends
then, you grab this mod, crtl + x, then paste it somewhere in the first ones. Then it should work!
