You said it crashes your PC and that you can't continue the "top rated" maps because of this.
I don't think that you can skip maps in the queue. Because of that, as already said, I suggest to make it work, then play it once (2-5 minutes) or just go to the exit with noclip cheat.
If you don't want to / can't manage to do this, you will have to contact Valve, or search the web on how to change the next map in the queue manually by editing game files (I could not find anything).

@radix I dont think you understand, I dont want to play the map, again I'm sure its a very good map but I just want to go through the random top rated category in the game and this is the only one that will come up for me

Any errors?

Try to:
- Subscribe to the map
- Restart your PC
- Start Portal2 and load the map

If this doesn't work, the map file in your Portal2 folder is probably broken (...Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2\maps\workshop\...). Search for sp_gelocity_2_v01.bsp and delete it.
Then unsubscribe from the map
Then restart your PC, subscribe to the map again, wait until download is finished (If it doesn't download anything, maybe restart your system again...)
Then try to load the map in Portal2.

In most cases something like this fixes any errors.

If you have any questions, or need further help, just let me know!

is there any way to block this map? I'm sure its great, but it crashes my computer every time it tries to load and its the only game that will come up whenever I try to play top rated maps :\
