And as for the quick-pull fizzler issue, can't you just move the fizzler back so the cube is out of reach? And it is possible to do a simple strafe jump back down to the blue gel area. Shouldn't be too hard to fix? Anyway thumbs up.

I was overlooking something obvious.
The alignment of the "X" laser collector while standing near the button behind the grating.
