@LeeUK, no, mod works also in very hard difficulty setting. I use this mod in combination with Radious overhaul campaign.

in my experience the mod works just in legendary (both in normal campain and in dlcs) but the real problem is that the recruitment cost -85% (and the "no recruitment limit" ) it's applyed also to the player, not just to the ai

Nvm.. see that playing it on Legendary player get's this as well. Is there a way to make an version where the player doesn't get this with legendary.. would be dope!

Notice that with this mod player gets these effects. My unit upkeep is 0 navy 0 and unit cost is like 4 and 2. Idk why it does this when it's just for AI

Great mod, I saw a big difference in Grand Campaign armies coming after me as opposed to the other mods Ive used. this with "A Very Aggressive AI" mod make the game actually challenge in the late game.
Question, does this work for the AI in the other campaigns or just the Grand Campaign?

If I were you I would really be sure to test your mods before you put them up. I spend hours basically just testing these mods only to come report that they are failures. If you've tested it thoroughly then that's one thing, but if not then understand that people are putting their time in your hands. Even though it seems like you're doing ppl a favor by creating a mod, which you are, they are still at risk of losing valuable time if it's not what you say it is.

Dang, sorry dude. I've never noticed the AI asking for peace treaties all the time when I play but I use a lot of mods including a few that affect the AI diplomacy. That's about all I can do though from my side.

This started out SO promising...but then peace treaties galore, both from those I was fighting and those I declared war on. Endless peace treaty requests, non-aggression requests, and trade agreement request. AI is soft as cheese, and no there are no other conflicting mods.

Why are you building cheats for the AI is beyond me... We need player cheats. The AI is more then full of cheats and very strong.

@Blue Knight Because the AI are incredibly easy, and bad at building their armies and provinces effectively. They don't make use of building bonuses well to make a strong economy, or building bonuses all in a settlement together to make very powerful armies. They just build things almost randomly. This at least offsets that stupidity some.

972393607, I've given the AI a 1,000 food increase. This way they will never starve. However it is invisible to spies due to it being a tech effect. Hope this helps.

It is recommended to give AI more food, 30 food can not guarantee the survival of AI, because AI a line of full-scale construction will consume about 50 food. When the AI's line is changed, the AI will starve to death.
