There's a tip in the description. If you still can't figure it out, here's the solution:

let gel fall infinitely by having a portal over and under it. than shoot it out of the portalable wall on the left side of the conveyor so that it reaches the laser in your screenshot.

Than you paint the conveyor and shoot the laser from the left portalable ceiling tile over it, so that it reaches the catcher that turns on the orange gel.

Finally, you paint the conveyor orange and fling yourself to the exit. you then paint it gray again and redirect the laser to the other catcher.
