If you're in Sandbox - spawn them via the Entities tab.
As an Admin you can configure what attachments players are given when spawning in the Utilities section of the Spawn Menu.

You have no attachments in the Barrel category.

@ExplosionCherry, This is outdated and old and unsupportive. So no updates are coming like the ThirdPerson view for the MP5.

How come there's no world model on the M11A1? Also, the viewmodel holds it with only one hand, so i think that the world model should also hold it one handed like a pistol.

all other weapons are really zoomed in so I can't see them. the only one I can see is the mac 11, and when it shoots it gives no sound.
