REMOVE WHAT I SAID!!! You can enter the blue portal and stand on the angled lightbridge, take a step and jump on the blue gel on it, that's enough to cross, no need to paint the first room.

i've found an easier way to jump here, you can control yourself in mid-air and no matter what strenght you hit the bridge, it'll bounce you to the other side http://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=582686789

I don't know anymore really, it has been a while since this map ;)
I do remember it was hell to get them working proper and you can't place them in mid air, you can place a skybox wall on the same block though so it looks like it is in mid air.

How did you even get the vacuum tubes to work-

I'm trying to build a map where the main theme is the players being transported around by tubes-

and I can't make them look nice like they should-
the other set of tubes doesn't even want to show up.

And is is possible to have each tube segment be suspended in air?
The skybox walls are pretty epic, too.

I just placed it on the ceiling and it works fine, have you selected clean style? Many bee2 elements only work in that style...

How did you make BEE2 vacuum tube to work? I have tried, but it always ends up inside the wall or floor, if i put it on the ceiling it crashes, can you give some tips?

@ Prototype : Thanks a lot for your demo. I saw you had trouble at the end with the cube, if you place the portal right next to the wall with the bridge in the center of the portal the glitch isn't there. The vacuum tube interferes with the physics a lot :/
How the hell did you break the entrance?! I have really no idea what happened there, there is a trigger to close the door and deactivate the fizzler but it triggered without you walking through it. The trigger is one block further in the room, I'm at a loss with it...
Nice cube tossing btw, although you could also use the bridge to get it up there :)

The map is called dreamscape for a reason, unexpected things are bound to happen. I thought it to be fun to put in a little troll :)

At first, I din't like this chamber, with the misdirection, and falling to my death, I was going to quit, but thats not in my nature. Glad I finish this one, great uses of two elements.

Thanks, it's intended in the 2nd and last room to look into nothing. I placed beemod skybox walls for that so it looks like half rooms.

Yeah, I still had the bridge at the bottom of the portal from crossing the pit ... and was a bit too lazy to return and reposition it ;)

That's kinda a bug, which isn't there when the portal is right against the wall so the lightbridge should be in the middle of the portal. Really sorry about that, those vacuum tubes mess with fysics in the pti :/

I liked the tests combined in this map. But in the last chamber I have the cube bouncing on the cube button everytime there's a portal beneath it ... makes it next to impossible to keep the cube in place and to exit. Very sad about that :(

yeah really sorry about that. The vacuum tubes are in the game as well so when I submitted it I didn't know the errors would show without beemod but it doesn't affect the map so I kept it...

Also Nintendo, don't forget that people should not need to install anything to play your map. In your case it is just a visual glitch, so it doesn't pose that much of a problem.
