Very good stuff, I quite like the quadrants theme you had going on there

Don't ask me to count of falls to acid. I supouse that the fluid isn't dirty wather. The map looked peaceful, but propably not for me. So I was falling and finding hiden trick with changing destroing cubes. And, the solution is simple and I am blind. Thank you for your another pretty map.

@Mr Fab Thanks for playing! Going with the flow is a good idea here haha. Thanks for the video

Fun puzzle, solved it fast too

@Talisac Thank you! Indeed, if you go with the flow, you will reach the exit eventually. Still, I quite liked how such a symmetric setup with this choice of portal surfaces gives you such a long path :]
Talisac 23. jan. 2022 kl. 10:56
Nice little puzzle; I'm not sure there are many "dead ends" : map looks like you can pick amongst lots of paths but in the end, you're just going step by step, not really knowing what you are doing, but the "easy" move is the good one. I was expecting a big twist with cube reset or something, but I like it this way too :D
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 20. maj 2021 kl. 1:12
@bullfrog Thank you for the video! A perfect solution. I for one have no idea how you managed to suddenly discover this map after all this time :P Anyway, it's always nice to get a comment from you :D
bullfrog 19. maj 2021 kl. 23:33
Great puzzle and I have no idea how I managed to miss this when it first came out. I'm not sure if everything I did was necessary, but this is how I ended up solving it: intended solution ? Like others, the first time through I just did stuff and eventually solved it, then went back to try and solve it logically. Anyway, definite thumbs up.
kwinten 9. okt. 2020 kl. 9:16
same as BehindPortal, i solved it fast but without thinking about the steps ?
nice hehe
BehindPortal 11. sep. 2020 kl. 2:43
i solved it very fast, but please dont ask me how i solved. just i cant. :steamhappy: :p2cube:fav
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 16. juli 2020 kl. 18:22
@lfairban Thank you very much for the kind comment! Excellent work solving this one, it can be quite tricky. I hope you will continue to enjoy this silly game for many years to come :]
lfairban 16. juli 2020 kl. 16:43
Holy conundrum Batman, that was tough! It was kind of like puzzles where there is a square area with four buttons and two fizzlers dividing the room, except here, there are four fizzlers. As with Master, I would probably need an algorithm to understand it. Thank you for reminding my why I play this silly game.
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 25. jan. 2020 kl. 3:05
@amir.khodayan1337 Haha yeah you kind of have to keep running in circles until suddenly you are done :P Thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it
Master.AKA 24. jan. 2020 kl. 23:37
I donn't know how I solved it : ) What I did was to do something not obvious in each step in order to get to a new state and it worked : )
nock 7. okt. 2019 kl. 0:40
I liked this one, although as I said in the commentary, it feels pretty linear as there really aren't many avenues to explore when you make a move. But it's still a good map!

Nice chamber, I streamed this a couple of weeks ago, Took me about 20 mins. Nice use of the fizzlers to block portals.

@asears16 Thanks for the video! A break can sometimes really work miracles. Excellent work solving this one. I'm glad you enjoyed it :]

First time I tried this I struggled, and the second time I solved it in about ten minutes. Great light bridge puzzle!

@Spider_Dawg Thanks for playing :] Well done solving it. I'm glad you enjoyed!

I very much enjoyed playing The 19 Mile*. Interesting logic and cool fail-safe mechanism. I look forward to more of your maps.

*Sorry, couldn't resist the local reference: Square Lake Rd. = 19 Mile Rd.

@Mikeastro No worries. I'm just thinking how we can put a light bridge and a funnel work together in a puzzle.
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 31. aug. 2019 kl. 6:43
@PhilFromFrance Thank you! I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the music as well :cozycrashfish:
EndOfPortal 31. aug. 2019 kl. 6:36
Nice map with a good logic. Nice music too. :SpRad_ThumbsUp:
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 31. aug. 2019 kl. 3:29
@Atom Thanks :D Glad you liked both the puzzle and the music
@quaternary Well done solving it! Some of my recent puzzles have indeed been a bit tricky. You also raise an interesting question. I'm pretty sure that with the buttons set up like this and the exit diagonal from light bridge, the current puzzle is about as long as you can make it. Namely in the solution the cubes exhaust all (4C2)=6 possible combinations of locations and the goo pit, grating and blackness of some patches was the minimal I could manage to deviate from the 'standard' layout to force as many light bridge walks as possible. I would be surprised if a different initial set up could lead to a puzzle with a significantly longer solution, but I cannot say that for sure at the moment
quat 30. aug. 2019 kl. 23:59
Comfortable difficulty compared to a lot of your other tests... Which I'm still stuck on. Lol.

I like how this almost plays like a maze - if you consider the possible moves and think about which ones lead to boxing yourself in and needing to restart, just do the move that doesn't

Also this feels like a combinatorics space to explore? If you keep the same puzzle layout, but change which buttons open which fizzlers, which buttons open the exit door, which room the light bridge is in, and which of the walls are white/black/white-with-grating/white-with-goopit, how many puzzles are there? Is this the hardest puzzle in this category?
Psychological Atom 30. aug. 2019 kl. 22:18
Very good use of the light bridge, Mikeastro. Really like the music.
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2019 kl. 22:06
@Fumbly Bumbly Thank you so much ^_^ Sometimes finding the right set-up is all we need to do, and the puzzle will then just complete itself :]
Fumbly Bumbly 30. aug. 2019 kl. 20:05
Great puzzle! I love how definitive your puzzle layouts are. This one has a really unique and memorable look to it, bearing an outer border with a square moat boxed-in by fizzlers. Very cool!
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2019 kl. 18:42
@jandlml Excellent work solving it! I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed it :D
@jp Thanks :] That's good to hear
jp 30. aug. 2019 kl. 18:26
Yeah I just watched it : exactly the same (with some extra walk :)
jandlml 30. aug. 2019 kl. 18:24
excellent !! faved! this is one of those maps that i couldnt even tell you how i managed to finish. precise series of steps. i have to believe i got your intended. i cant see how it could be exploited
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2019 kl. 18:19
@jp Thank you! I think / hope that there's only one solution (maybe with minor deviations). The playthrough in the description shows you the intended route, so maybe you could compare your solution to that one :]
jp 30. aug. 2019 kl. 18:12
Excellent and funny! I like this :) Is there different solutions?
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2019 kl. 12:32

Leo 30. aug. 2019 kl. 5:29
Nice puzzle with a surprising amount of moves for such a confined space and so few elements. It was enjoyable to solve. Also nice to see the light bridge put to good use! A definitive thumb up!
Narkodes 30. aug. 2019 kl. 5:02
I can't play the puzzle at the moment, but I watched Libbybapa's video (I guess it didn't spoil anything). Seems like a good chamber, although I dislike the slow pace of the video. I hope someone else, Joric for example, comes up with a more user-friendly recording (half of the time), that's actual fun to watch.
Mikeastro  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2019 kl. 2:12
Thanks for playing y'all :]
@Libbybapa Thanks for the video. All intended!
jgaultney 29. aug. 2019 kl. 21:06
That was a rather serpentine path I had to follow but I actually made it out the exit. :))
A definite thumbs up!

Personally, I think the description should always be shorter than the puzzle. :P
Joric 29. aug. 2019 kl. 19:27
@Libbybapa making progress :)
