Must've been to either Skyrim or the workshop itself for random mods to be 0.000mb.
Nexus mods work at least. SKSE is broken altogether too.
Don't get your hopes up, as I'm not sure what the limitations are to console modding yet.

Works fine with snow mods.
You have to choose one or the other.
not that i dont like it but I'd prefer the glaciers to go better with snow colorwise
While the clear blue glaciers this mod adds do exist, others are just as white, smudgy and opaque as the originals in the game. Actually, some look like pressed snow rather than ice. So both the original textures and the ones in this mod are realistic in their own way.
In the Indian Himalayas (Ladakh, Kashmir, Zanskar, etc.) where I've been I've only seen the smudgy, dirty white ones that look like the original textures rather than the mod's textures.
You have to choose one or the other my man.
