Idk how to import neon-ween into sfm but I do know how to get the vtf files of neon-ween from tf2. You need to use Gcf scape and open the Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf and there should be a file called tf2_textures_dir and you open then find it using this path root\materials\patterns\workshop\screamfortress_2021\2521894251 the vtf files should be there for you to extract.

is there any way to get a neon-ween vtf for sfm? perhaps for the scattergun?
