this problem has been on my eyesight...

sadly i have no clue whats causing it.. but probably too much of unnecessary effects
thought i tried bunch of enabling and disabling of the effects but not sure whats the main cause x'<
+ my knowledge of wallpaper engine is pretty much low

Using the " Nostalgia Family Computer " wallpaper looks great with backgrounds, clocks, rain effects on windows, etc, but the GPU usage goes up too high!! (Based on ASUS RTX 3090, wallpaper32.exe's GPU usage is between 73% and 80%, and the GPU temperature is maintained between 75º and 76º...)

Hahaha... you're technically correct!.. but i was born post 1999.. basically close to the end of VHS era @where i grew up.. i was a big DVD fan.. even though my father was a big VHS collector.. :D

@t1psy Hi.. sorry for that x< this is my first wallpaper and its poorly optimized..
i've tested it with some of my friends and none had this issue except who has AMD GPUs

for some reason AMD Graphics cards gets loaded while running this wallpaper for some reason...
i found out that the reason is that i have 2x(4k images running at the same time.. and in total i have 6x(4k images) in this wallpaper ... and when i delete them there will be no load on the GPU

again found this only happen with AMD GPUs and this is my first time seeing it with an Nvidia GPU x<

btw i have GTX 1080 and there is only subtle changes in GPU Temp + Usage compare to other wallpapers

Idk why but while using your wallpaper temperature of my graphic card is going really high (from 58 in idle to even 75) is a short time. Only with your wallpaper...

texture resolution high quality
FPS: 144
reflections ON

it's only with this one wallpaper. If it was a program I would suspect that is cryptocurrency miner but just a wallpaper can't do that?

Everything works now which is great, i also think Cigaro's idea is pretty good.

Today i started the pc and it was fixed, i like night theme a lot, it would be awesome if you add a button to choose "auto-cycle, night, day" nice wallpaper

@Cigaro try to [*]Close the program completely(through task manager) then [*]Relaunch the Wallpaper engine

i did solution 1 and 2.. when i did 2 the wallpaper got deleted and never got downloaded again, i try to suscribe but nothing happens, sad..

Just added Day-Night cycle theme :D..
