Whining at a high level: that aforementioned cube move has to be executed twice in the exact same manner.
Highest praise goes to the three way(!) use of the white floor* - great!
* collecting the cube / pushing myself up / finally jumping into :-)

P.S. unlike my predecessor stated, an initial extra jump worked perfectly for me. I recommend everyone to look up while jumping. This was a common technique in P1 and I think it also improves the jump in P2, though physics tricks were a bit reduced here.
