You should be able to edit the morph scripting to specifically look for males. As for how to do that I'm not very well versed in CK3 modding especially its scripting since I haven't worked with it much. I'd suggest you look at some of the core game files, the documentation, the wiki or ask for help on the discord.
Sorry, its been asked a few times but I have no interest in making and maintaining a positive dwarf trait mod.
That's somewhat intentional. All the modifiers are unchanged so the trait still causes some health and opinion issues. It's merely that the trait itself doesn't do any facial morphing and that the trait itself is considered good allowing it to be easily continued in a family line.
I've never played with AGOT so I can't say. Although this mod changes the giant trait and only the giant trait so it should work just fine. The only potential conflict is if they make some stat changes to the giant trait.
Oh that's what you meant. As the description mentions the trait is changed to be considered positive. That means it acts exactly like a positive trait, positive bonuses work with it and it won't block you from things like Strengthen Bloodline because its not considered negative anymore.
No, it doesn't make any changes to the Strengthen Bloodline decision. It simply makes the giant trait a positive trait so it can be passed on easily with genetics.
That's no surprise considering they added a new field for race in the trait morphing files. Sorry but CK3 doesn't have game version support and I didn't bother keeping files before the update. Someone made a modification of my mod which is still for older versions. You can find it at the link below. I suggest you make a local copy of it and any of your other mods before they update if you intend to play on an older version.

There shouldn't be any issues. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing to ensure steam has the files updated. Also try moving my mod toward the end of your load order.
Another mod might be changing the same area. The dwarf and giant trait are grouped together in the files when it comes to the body morphing so if you're using a mod that alters either it'll likely conflict. Also some large mods might alter the same files. There's also the issue where some CK3 modders have a bad habit of including the entire game file for a small change they're making which causes a lot of compatibility issues.
I should work fine adding or removing it mid game. It's a relatively minor change.
They changed it long ago so mods aren't affect achievements anymore.
It's been asked before but sorry to say I still have no interest in making and maintaining a mod for the dwarf trait.
Thanks for the mod, which is of course included <3
The only difference between a positive and negative trait is a tag on the trait saying "this is bad". I've flipped it so its considered positive and recoloured the icon to remove the red "bad" look. As far as I'm aware neither accolades nor knighthood education interact with the giant trait at all. At best the prowess bonus from giant might help the person reach the required criteria.
It's been asked before but sorry to say I still have no interest in making and maintaining a mod for the dwarf trait.
Sorry but I'm not interested in doing that and I generally don't do such requests.
You might have a mod that's overwriting the traits file. Try moving the mod further down in your load order so it overwrites changes of other mods.
I'm glad you like my mods so much.
Fuck yeah
Sorry I have no interest in making and maintaining a mod for the dwarf trait.
I don't have a github and I didn't bother keeping old versions of my mods since CK3 mods don't support multiple versions like Rimworld. If I recall correctly the only thing changed was adding the line for glory_hound_opinion. You can easily edit that out with notepad.
