Maybe I don't understand how to use it? Indukgencies don't accept automatically and culture and religion don't spread automatically too, my councillors also don't have a button for it. But other mods work

what is the notification called in the message setting? During the endgame it gets kinda crazy so id like to see if there is a way to at least turn off the sound if not the whole message itself
