I'm going to join the crowd here and say that the reload sounds are gone for me as well.

It works MOSTLY fine, but not only do the reload sounds no longer work (as everyone else has mentioned) but now the Alternative Fire for the High Power Cartridges seemingly does no damage whatsoever. It can still destroy props, but it can't harm NPCs.
