honestly i think the current short circuit effect should just be replaced by this

it's short circuit spell, so it has to be applied only to short circuit I guess

i think this is a neat spell, that is if valve ever gets off their asses and does this again but will not. I love the idea of the spell only problem is for it just being for one weapon by the looks of it, for if its applied to other items will it do anything?
