Wallpaper become glitchy if Circular Particles speed been set too high (around 13+), so does the Playback rate. Any help ?

i have noticed every give or take 1-2 Hours for a second or two it like blinks off & on revealing the windows wallpaper, not a big deal just a weird quirk i haven't seen any other wallpaper do
