No you most likely didn't do anything wrong. It sometimes happens. Try to verfiy the integretiy of the installed Files of Wallpaper Engine on Steam, that often fixes the issue. if it still doesn't work after that try to see if some of your drivers are outdatet. If both options fail, try to contact Wallpaper Engine support. I hope this was helpful.

I was using for a few days but this morning I saw completely black screen is it broken or is it just for me did I do something wrong ?

it's sad that i can't use it because i would have to go fap everytime i look at my desktop
