For the launcher saying its outdated you can use wildcard (*) to bypass minor update.
Instead of :
supported_version="1.16.2.1"
could be :
supported_version="1.16.2.*" or even supported_version="1.16.*"

No it can't, It only modify the important actions (notifications).

If you have the pink square close to courtier portrait it's because you are playing on -debug_mode

Hello, i think this mod may be causing some issues with the courtier triggers (theres a pink colored error rigger in some of them), i think it may be this mod but im not sure, could you check it out?

Update :

I've reworked all the structure of the mod to make it more simpler. You will only notice that now notifications are regrouped in the same category when, for exemple, you have multiple court positions with a bad aptitude in the same time

If people have made some compat mob, they need to be remake. But it's way more simpler now, only need to edit one file

I am not 100% it is this mod but my steward position disappears after the initial character dies and the game crashes when i try to assign someone.

update : i've changer the trigger for the powerful position with negative opinion. After checking the files, it seems it really starts to matter when they reach -20 and below.

Love it, I always had to remember to check my court positions every now and then in case someone suddenly became infirm - never understood why there wasn't a notification just for that, this is even better
