Solved it, need a little guidance that the laser activator button is once pushed stays on. The other button does not respond to Chell body weight so surprised that laser activator did....Needs a bit of work - also the exit door has leaks as noted... thanks for mapping...

I see that you are new to Hammer. There are definitely misaligned buttons and you can see mechanisms you shouldn't see with the door. No full compile. I think you need to pay a visit to p0rtalmaster's guide:
