Unfortunately, something seems to have broken since the last update to this mod. The RNG aspect of it is still there, but it keeps starting with the Skinny Fiber pills at the beginning of the Map, then hot swapping to something else during the Map. Happens every time.

this is not true RNG pills, it does rng spawn in the map but everytime i hold it in the hand, it always turn into one yellow black pill
