Im with Rothank - i would like the in ion verison plz
Rothank 13. dec. 2016 kl. 14:46
I'd really love an ion version of the very same thruster...

Does thsi person have your permission to sue your Mod. Seems like it is your Mod ?

I appreciate your constant mod creation, but maybe you get a little ahead of yourself? Before you know it a lot of these mods will need updating at some point, otherwise I'll just have to avoid these awesome mods. This one is a good example, no other mod around that has this nice shape and look, but it needs updating.
Malohkan 24. feb. 2016 kl. 10:27
It seems that in a recent patch, blocks at the end of this thruster (tested the small one) do damage. This wasn't true before. Regular thrust doesn't do damage, but when using Inertial Dampeners to stop from fast speeds, they'll do damage. Is it possible for you to fix this?
Mike Loeven 14. feb. 2016 kl. 15:28
What is the mass of the thruster modules ?
KILLFUCC SOULSHIEITTER 24. jan. 2016 kl. 16:22
These are not atmoshperic. At all. They require thruster components over motors, making these both Atmospheric/Space. But wont work in space for whatever reason. Needs to be changed.
Hellothere 18. jan. 2016 kl. 15:55
I think you should update the thrust of these. The large thruster (on small ships) has about the same volume as the stock one, but less than half the Thrust.

Here is a mod review I did of this mod. I hope you all enjoy.

I love the design. It would be great if you could add versions without the rounded edges, so there are no gaps between thruster and possible armor.
WardenWolf 14. dec. 2015 kl. 13:31
Could you do a hydrogen thruster like this, please? I'd very much like an ordinary-shaped large hydrogen thruster so I can do direct replacements.

Thanks.
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 3. dec. 2015 kl. 3:46
Its old code before release planet, now I working on updates for all thrusters, tonight I want update this
Dr. Novikov 2. dec. 2015 kl. 20:48
I believe there is an error somewhere:

Small ship
small - large thruster
Force - 144000
Consumption - 2.4

Small - small thruster
Force - 120000
Consumption - 0.701

2 small thrusters wil provide a lot more thrust and consume a lot less power, and will allow more flexible placement.
Elkstone 27. nov. 2015 kl. 17:50
Hey. Quick Question, how do they intertially multiply? Is it by the new method or the old method? Thanks
gdvhev 23. nov. 2015 kl. 2:06
could you make them airtight?
EvilSmoo 18. nov. 2015 kl. 18:37
Actually, for a second tier of atmo thrusters, that'd make sense, If they're more compact and better than the basic ones, having them use non-planet materials would be fair. You can get SOME from pirate bases, I think? That, and it's a reason to take material back down.
Narmo 18. nov. 2015 kl. 10:49
Hey is there a reason your thrusters take Thruster components? It's just you cant build them till your in space to get the platinum needed. Just a thought.
Soulkeeper 15. nov. 2015 kl. 20:32
Hey can we ghet a Atmospheric thruster whats a 2 in 1 ion thruster and Atmospheric thruster on a grit 1x1x2 and a 1x1x2 slope smal and big block ?
EvilSmoo 15. nov. 2015 kl. 19:21
What are the numbers on this meant to be? It's the same consumption as vanilla thrusters, but the thrust values seem to be all over the place.
Ghost 15. nov. 2015 kl. 13:12
Do you plan on releasing a secondary version of this mod for general space use? I find these thrusters look really nice but I cant use them for space.
mx.nova 14. nov. 2015 kl. 10:08
Why don't you just use the force and power stats from the vanilla thrusters? I think that they are quite well balanced.

@Digital Vanguard: I have donate in my profile, I dont want write this in genereal discussion because last time I got ban
Digital Vanguard 26. okt. 2015 kl. 14:31
Have you thought about accepting donations? I'm sure a few people would be willing to help you get back to work asap :)
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 26. okt. 2015 kl. 14:29
@Digital Vanguard: I want do as normal thrusters, when I get new card
Digital Vanguard 26. okt. 2015 kl. 14:28
Love the look of these thrusters compared to the others, just wish they were like normal thrusters.
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 23. okt. 2015 kl. 8:52
Yes, when I get new card
Vellius 23. okt. 2015 kl. 7:36
Plan on adapting your model to the new update? I really like your design
Beats-With-BothHands 22. okt. 2015 kl. 19:35
nooooooooooo i have an idea that i thought youd be able to do XC
I.Love.Cookies 22. okt. 2015 kl. 10:10
good.

another loved moder leaving istn what we want. :steamhappy:
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 22. okt. 2015 kl. 0:40
Yes
I.Love.Cookies 21. okt. 2015 kl. 22:37

Who likes my mods - I can not continue working on mods / updates

I'm sorry everyone but I can not continue working on mods.

My graphics Card in my gaming computer is damaged.

I can not now afford to buy a new one so I do not know when I'll be able to work again on mods.

Are they need "room" for aircirculation in front of the turbine?
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 12. okt. 2015 kl. 15:08
I hope that soon
Johnathan_Livingston_Segul 10. okt. 2015 kl. 13:54
When is the regular version coming @sektan
Nutlesscats 9. okt. 2015 kl. 20:15
DICTIONARY DEFINITIONS DONT WORK ON SPACE ENGINEERS WE AIM TO PROVE PHYSICS AND DICTIONARY DEFINITIONS WRONG :)

@wizard im not trying to shoot you down because your right it would look good if well designed but you cant put our 21st century definitions into this game because for every law of modern day knowledge of the universe there is a space engineer out there that will prove us that he can break that law :)
So everyone can agree lets just assume that keens atmospheric engine does not work like a engine you would see getting a sattalite into geosyncronous orbit as we understand it in 2015
Thedus 9. okt. 2015 kl. 16:45
Can you make a version (the same model and flame) but works in both space and an atmosphere please
MrFox 9. okt. 2015 kl. 16:31
no.... read the info bro, they dont work in space...
Thedus 9. okt. 2015 kl. 16:07
SO DOESNT WORK IN SPACE?
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 9. okt. 2015 kl. 11:57
@wizard76: I don't want do jet design, it's much stereotype for me :) maybe in future
SievertChaser 9. okt. 2015 kl. 7:38
Looks like you should change the exhaust colour to fit with Keen's.
wizard76 9. okt. 2015 kl. 7:33
@s.menzies

Don't mind, that physical facts I knew already ;) , but the point is, and that is the definition of an atmospheric engine, it is for use in atmosphere for atmospheric flights, not for leaving atmosphere. For that we have the regular engines or should have rocket engines. Know what I mean and I think an engine like a jet engine is pretty cool if well designed :p. See Guardians of the Galaxy, the Milano. If you don't think that engines aren't cool, I don't know... :)
Nutlesscats 8. okt. 2015 kl. 22:58
@ wizard and @6staradmiral

NO there are multiple forms of engines most of which need air but is genrally for horizontal and low atmosphere (Low as in the sealevel and between that and about 50 000 feet

Jet engines use a turbine therefore you would hit a point where the air is so thin you cant go any higher long before you left the atmosphere

theese engines simply cut out on the edge of the atmosphere but they would essentially be classed as a booster or rocket engine persay
(dont quote me on that) im sure there are versions of jet engines that can get that high but a jet engine simply cant get that high without specialized equipment to keep it running in thoose conditions

rockets genrally dont need air they store it in a solid state on the main booster,
that being said weve just recently proven you can get thrust by bounceing microwave rays around an unevenly shaped container so there will a major rethink on how we understand planetary and space transit in the next 50 years
Dskiii 8. okt. 2015 kl. 21:06
So wouldn't this engine just be classified as a jet engine?
wizard76 8. okt. 2015 kl. 10:43
Looks really pretty good, perfect work as usual, but isn't the difference of atmospheric to space thruster that they have an opening to suck in air???
Yaddah 8. okt. 2015 kl. 7:54
I wonder how these thrusters will behave on a planet without an atmosphere. If these are supposed to be the salvation for large ships on planets, they need to work on planets without air.
Sektan  [ophavsmand] 8. okt. 2015 kl. 6:05
@Okalar_Ulosh (valarkan): yes, I can make normal version
Okalar_Ulosh (valarkan) 7. okt. 2015 kl. 22:32
Hello Sektan,

This would look nice as a regular thruster. Perhaps you can make a version of this mod that works in space?
Puppyguard 7. okt. 2015 kl. 17:30
Small - large thruster
Force - 144000
Consumption - 2.4

Small - small thruster
Force - 120000 (x2 24000)
Consumption - 0.701 (x2 1.402)
It would be more effecient, costwise and spacewise to use 2 smallship small thrusters
instead of a smallship large thruster.
StormSpiritGB 7. okt. 2015 kl. 15:28
well since planets getting closer maybe. guess i need go ahead start Titans refit these should be really helpfull so dont go and be reason all the dinosuars get wiped out
