Wasn't aware that the alternate start mod in question this was patching for got removed from the workshop. It was up when I uploaded this patch.

Alternate Start and EBQO can be found on the Nexus, as their most up-to-date-versions.

I'm still not the creator of either alternate start mod, this is just intended to be a compatiblity patch to make sure my not-alternate start mod works with one particular alternate start mod.

Because the community for Skyrim modding has generally moved on to assuming you have all the DLCs installed. Plus they frequently get quite cheap through sales and whatnot.
