Took me 10 min. Simple and fun puzzle.
There are a lot of other puzzles with cube positioning on bridge,
and this is a good one to begin with.
Strongly recommend to solve by yourself.

Solving Step Hints
1 : Nah you don't need it

Solid Cube positioning puzzle but the chamber is far too big imo.

Very nice

Map seems unnecessarily big but otherwise a good puzzle
The Escapist 31 Mar, 2024 @ 12:46pm
I spent an awful amount of time to figure out the final step. The puzzle takes less than a minute when you know what to do :)
Muzozavr 6 Mar, 2024 @ 1:05pm
Clever and not difficult, but DAMN the map is huge for apparently no reason, lol.

Makes for a better step than full-on puzzle, but a good demonstration.

Thanks for your contribution. Nice work.

Seems one of the first ones of Mevious...... Nevertheless, nice to play

This was fun, tad easier than the others, but good!
Rooke 6 Jan, 2021 @ 5:44pm
Very good! Took a bit to figure it out, but it didn't take too long.

Cool map! There's something a little sad about leaving a cube to fall behind!

Here's my blind playthrough: https://youtu.be/cZfehPq1rxw

Let me know what you think of my latest map if you feel like it!

This is genius!
tman507se 18 Dec, 2019 @ 9:35pm
Easier than most of your maps, but did still fool me for a little bit.
Calwin 9 Sep, 2019 @ 11:26am
I figured it out right ahead, but the concept is awesome.
Mikeastro 11 Aug, 2018 @ 10:46am
Excellent little map - thank god the floating cube glitch did not stand in my way
MmmmmmhHHHhhhhhhmmmm 11 Jul, 2018 @ 4:40am
To quote JMSLD_: "this tok me waaaaaaaaayyyy longer than it should have!!" I spent nearly half an hour after having the solution basically set up. All I had to do was place ONE single portal.
Snoitulover 4 Jun, 2018 @ 6:12pm
Sort of easy but I have used that mechanic in many of my earlier maps. Thumbs up!
jandlml 4 Jun, 2018 @ 6:05pm
looks like i played this map before but didnt leave a comment. great little map!
Bad_Aim 3 Jun, 2018 @ 10:45pm
Haha, I spent more time sitting there thinking and getting nowhere but finally got moving and figured it out. :)
Cave Johnson 21 Apr, 2018 @ 11:48pm
nice job love it
d'Artagnan 1 Apr, 2018 @ 9:11am
Would have finished this much quicker if I'd have shot the right portal! Always hate it when I mean to hit the right button and hit the left button instead! Other than that this was an easy test... relatively speaking!
bullfrog 22 Feb, 2018 @ 1:07am
Good easy puzzle - I didn't over-think this time :)
joe98 11 Dec, 2017 @ 1:27am
Very easy thank you.

I walded into the chanber thinling "this looks tough" but it became obvious quickly.

Nyakuza Kiddo 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:03pm
neh, this map was boring :c

Reached the second platform in 1 minute, thought "wow, did I really just beat a Mevious's puzzle in 1 minute?". Then I turned around two shoot the "last portal" and saw the glass wall...

OMG, I totally overthought this one. I watched your solution, and this was ungodly easy compared to how I thought I had to beat it. Lol!
76561198050811374 11 Oct, 2016 @ 4:07pm
Hey Mevious, i found a method to solve this very quickly. If i line up a portal below where the cube falls from the dropper, and place a second portal on the far wall lined up where the cube is to be aligned with the first laser catch. Wait precisely 3.5 seconds, with how fast I count, and shoot a portal to place a bridge at the destination portal, I can land the cube on the bridge and walk through to align it with the first catch. I don't know if this was intended or not. It feels like a shortcut. Let me know. Here is my demo: {LINK REMOVED}
zigzagtenniscoe 29 Aug, 2016 @ 6:42pm
Had to do an extra step I didn't think about beforehand... clever and fun, and easyish at least for me. :)
asd417 30 Jul, 2016 @ 11:22pm
this is IMO the easiest test chamber you ever created
ahmadsyar 18 Jul, 2016 @ 10:58pm
at first i thought "what? this is too easy" but when i reached the exit "oohhh"

nice
NiMH 28 Jun, 2016 @ 6:41am
Nice one. Felt so dumb when i found the switch trick. Good job !
lfairban 8 May, 2016 @ 9:39am
Nice. Actually, very easy.
Cranial Toxicity 7 May, 2016 @ 8:04am
Yet another one of your chambers that leave the player thinking hard about the simple and intuitive few elements they're working with, and then feel damned good about the solution when they finally have that eurika moment. Fantastic job.
LUCA-86-ITA 26 Apr, 2016 @ 5:09pm
lol funny !
Fetandrey 23 Mar, 2016 @ 11:05am
Nice trick.
Difficulty: Medium

This is a great puzzle for newish players.
Petutski 10 Mar, 2016 @ 10:56am
Easier than it looks once you stop and study it! Thanks!
fgeers 13 Jan, 2016 @ 4:08pm
a bit of a challenge for me
thanks for sharing!
Pamsy 5 Dec, 2015 @ 8:38pm
Very nice! One of the easier from M. Hint: change the bridge w/o dropping the cube.
GrtWhtBuf 25 Nov, 2015 @ 11:57am
Your reputation caused me to make this harder than it is.
JMSLD_ 24 Nov, 2015 @ 12:49pm
This took me waaaaaaaayyyy longer than it should have!! Good stuff. One thing though, maybe make the chamber smaller? In my opinion it was larger than it needed to be and there was a lot of walking around. But still, short and very clever!
shadowsapphire 25 Sep, 2015 @ 3:00am
Short and sweet!
Lithobraker 24 Sep, 2015 @ 6:55pm
Er... that might have come off as though I didn't like it though, which I did!
The puzzle was nice, if a bit easy. I like how you didn't limit the portal walls to only a few select areas... makes it less obvious as to where you have to put your portals.
