It was pretty easy for me. I liked how the last one was a little more challenging. I loved the surface division field and its green glow. It provided a different challenge in portal. when will part 4 come out?

Great map series. Played and enjoyed all of them. Well balanced difficulty across each map as well.

Nice idea, but buggy as hell. You can get stuck very easily.

Interesting concept! Kinda made my brain hurt at the third test there though. I'm still not entirely sure what I did to solve it. I just fiddled around pressing buttons and stuff and somehow ended up with the second cube (seriously I have no idea what I did to get it), then I had more of an idea of what I was doing. But I'm chalking it up to dumb luck haha. Not that it's a bad thing at all that I was confused. It means you created a really creative new element that required me to think a bit differently. Kind of like when I first played Portal altogether!

ok its just i do a lot of portal 2 model ports to gmod and after playing this amazing set of test i wanted to see if i could get the reskined cubes and stuff into gmod

Selyp, that was really funny for me to watch. :P Not in a bad way of course. I would like to mention that you kinda' solved the third one by getting stuck, hence the emergency wall break there. But really nice overall, great to actually also hear someone's thought process. Thanks! ;)

PS: If you still don't fully grasp what happened there, it's important to note that the Surface Division Fields work from both ends. In the third test four rooms were actually interconnected with one field. Hard to wrap your head around, I know. What especially hit me was when you said you can't even imagine how someone would create a puzzle like that. I take that as a compliment. :)

teTris: I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't really have the time right now to figure all that stuff out. I didn't make a file release for that stuff, though of course it's nice that you like them so much. :) If you still want all that stuff, I might be able to give them to you in a while. @Cadeη: Like someone pointed out in your comment section, you need to pack them. Use packrat to do so, it will put them in the compiled map so it's added automatically. You can find info and where to download it here.
@Special Agent Cooper: Thanks. Didn't know that game but it does seem to have some similarity judging it from wikipedia. ;)
@Dr. Mike: Thanks for noting that. I'm aware of those bugs. It hurts but I can't really stop them, it's an engine thing that it can't render a lot of portals at the same time. Nevertheless, I'm glad you liked it.
@The Commander: Hahah, nice. I'm just being high on life, though. :P

Very interesting concept and also nice maps. Noticed a few minor bugs while playing. All cosmetic in nature. At one point a light tunnel that was flowing through Surface Division Field was invisible but still functional on the side of the Field opposite the light tunnel generator. Also got images of the other/alternate area as I passed through a Field. Again, these were only cosmetic. Would like to play Penrose 04 sometime after finals.

Can you help me with something else? Currently my team is currently making a giant MapPack with a new story, I'm leading it- and it introduces a lot of new textures for grids that we've borrowed (stolen) from you. We want to know how to make it so you don't have to download the texture packs in order to see these textures.

Assuming you understand Hammer, I pretty much did the normal stuff. Except I don't use blue-ish lights but go for a warmer yellow-orange tone, with some green lighting where appropriate. (To a non-sickening extent ofcourse.)

A full compile might seem trivial, but it's important to note. That's about all I can tell you though. Sorry if that didn't help. ;)
