As for "portal bump", it's a clear glitch in the game engine and Valve's problem. I'm not going to modify maps because of it. It's each players decision to use this exploit or not. Maybe after next patch it won't be an issue anymore.
First part.
I portaled and stood on the faithplate (in the place where it doesn't trigger) and portaled one on the back wall opposite the other plate and one on the door panel. I pressed the button thriugh the blue portal by moving it from the back wall to next to me, then swapping it back and catching the cube before it hit the faith plate.
also, I managad to take all the cubes to the end. might want to add a couple of fizzers and fix the portal bump. http://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=103664437
I put a portal on one of the "targets" and the second portal above the walk way, I then release the cubes a jump grabbed the cube that flew over me whilst the second one went through the portals and pretty much landed at my feet

The ball dropper in the last section isn't needed as it's possible to fling yourself up to the level where the turret is and the turret doesn't have time to react before you can get behind it
