The UI is awfully confusing, I have no real idea what truck is doing what orders, but around the 5 hour mark it became strangely addicting dragging around everything. I wouldn't treat it like a sim, it's definitely just an arcade puzzle, something to keep busy with. But it's interesting enough to keep around.

As much as I love the comic, I personally found there to be too much moon logic here and the game did not play as smoothly as I would have hoped. The animations are slow and janky. The voice work is great, however it was overall a let down. A shame :(

Early Access Review
It's disappointingly shallow and doesn't save; even if it appears to be stable as a program. While it's EAcc of course, it's more like a feature demo/alpha rather than a beta. Definitely get the original "closed source" Caesar III.

I like it! Definitely get it on sale but it's an interesting story tie in with eXperia's other flash titles. As for this game, it could use some polish - more responsive objects that don't suddenly just pop up, and better "combination" text, and the corridor screen should be shrunk or made scrollable, to make travelling easier (Miss Nech is in no hurry, unless you double click an exit object!)- but it's not too bad. I give it 3 stars, but Cassandra is 5/5 best girl and queen of the Rogue's Guild!

CS:GO Review
It's a great blend of strategy and FPS mechanics for the more discerning player. I don't necessarily recommend the multiplayer license until you have some practice in the workshop training maps, but the free version is great fun and has a lot of scripts and maps and stuff available to play around with.

OTOH, if you want campaign and not just bots, it's basically better to buy HL2 instead. So yeah, pretty much only for the hardcore but the free edition is really good! PS: <russian swearing> rush b stupid!!!1!!!1

For its price, it's quite funny and interesting, but not too detailed. There's an easily accessible Walkthrough, but there's a lot of moon logic (I'm looking at you, Stream in Act 2!). Despite minor inconveniences in gameplay, the program is very solid and stable. Definitely get it while it's on sale!

I don't think it's as easy to learn and grow in OOB, as compared to Panzer Corps. Complicated spotting mechanics and punishing movement make it unintuitive. Free Tutorial is rather thin on mechanical details such as inspecting units and terrain, or movement points and building bridges.

Admittedly, I purchased the Marines campaign to start, as it was cheap -- but the Main Campaign costs $23. That's the same as PzC's included campaign, and I heartily recommend buying that instead. Also note that in OOB, the DLC is not refundable. (Both are published by Slitherine but don't expect any help from them, they're a bit... confrontational? and anyway not super customer-friendly)
As turn based strategy, it is easier to fumble through at the start, and it is more polished than PzC's dated interface. But I'd only buy OOB if you like the Pacific campaign; or are obsessed with Naval Warfare - and prefer not to play World of Microtransactionships!!

I would buy it for iOS, because while a port it isn't worth this much and isn't designed for PC. It looks pretty, but the sound effects are mostly confusing and not often helpful feedback, the UI isn't great, the PC controls feel clunky and there are not hotkeys (plus you have to triple click to issue orders), the layout of the deck causes weird traffic jams. The music is repetitive.

Either go play Papa's Pizerria for free, or go buy World in Conflict for the same price, a real military game you'll love. If you want your fill of planes and won't buy on iOS, you can marvel at people on Youtube like Alistair Smith and Aquila, but remember you're not an octopus like they are.

Feels like a postapocalyptic surgeon simulator come trainee electrical engineer's nightmare ("Isolate ALL the wires, damnit!"). Good to chew through though, works offline, and worth the low price, especially if on sale.

5/7 for the John Cena gag. Insulting random classmates is ridiculous too! I don't know if the datingy stuff is that good, but there are some nice references here. Can potentially be rather funny.
