In taking away the ludicrously absurd 10-Year cooldown, (Since apparently up to nine years and 364 days counts as a recent dedication) this mod appears to (for whatever reason) somehow have created a bug which takes away the option to dedicate temples to Mercury.

I believe the Dictator is right. All the portraits seem pretty much similar upon closer examination.
