The Black Legion mod is an enemy mod in which the Black Legion can show up in a sitrep and fight everyone and anyone. If using a lot of sitrep mods, please take into account that sitrep mods work just like enemy mods. The more mods you have, less of a chance you'll get or see certain sitreps. More sitreps means a watered down pool to pick from and some just wont spawn as much as you might like.

You can even go into that mod's ini file and change the % of how much you want sitreps to spawn. That will also help sitrep mods such as this, to spawn the sitreps more ;)

The Black Legion will show up in the form of Chaos Marines, Chaos Assault Marines (non jump pack), Chaos Captains, Chaos Berserkers, Chaos Raptors (with jump packs) and Chaos Havocs (flamethrower version) MORE HAVOCS TO COME LATER ;)

The Black Legion (as of now) only drop resources and do not have research or corpses you can grab. The Imperium would not use chaos tech nor research them anyhow. But i am working on some special things for the mod to come at a later date.

UPDATE: Black Legion now has Melta Weapons that they can start using mid and late game. Melta Weapons are set up to give them a greater % to hit the closer they are. At farther ranges, they get negatives to hit (keep that in mind) Meltas also shred armor and have a 45% chance to set you on fire. Meltas were designed to kill tanks by killing its armor ;)

They also can now do some Bleed damage with their Chain Swords and Axes.

They now have their own base of operations. Their base will be randomly placed on a continent. If you are on that continent, you'll see an indicator that it's there somewhere. To track it, you'll need to do covert ops missions. This base acts just like the Chosen, in that the continent it's on, will give them a 50% chance to spawn in ANY mission you do on that continent. If you find and take out the base, the Black Legion will still continue to randomly show up but that % will drop back down to base game %s. To find and alter this % yourself, look in the mod's XComBLData.ini file.
