You might be more intetersted in Turret Anxiety Therapy, it's a different style of map than my usual, in which it's pretty much impossible to die =)

I don't think it's terribly hard or impossible, and you probably don't suck =)
What you may find is that there are technically possible solutions which are so hard as to be near impossible that can be made much much easier by solving the puzzle elements, which are fairly light, puzzle wise. What part are you stuck on? (Thank you for giving it a try by the way!)

either this is extremely hard or impossible, OR i suck.

I think that whichever solution any given player figures out first, that is workable for him, is going to be dominant for that player and he won't notice others. So, as the map designer, the largest obstacle is to set aside the fact that you know all of the solutions and to figure out how players will behave.

The two killer pedestal buttons are a bit rude. Hmm, I may consider working more of a puzzle element in to replace them. Thanks for your thoughts =) The largest obstacle I face with allowing multiple possible solutions is making sure that one of them isn't totally dominant, making the rest pointless.

In all important aspects, I did exactly the same things as toncica and in exactly the same order. We both used four passes of the blue gel followed by a rush to defeat the turrets. Neither of us used the orange gel or discovered the purpose of the laser or the tall column above the last cube button (or the white room). We both stepped over the last floor button. I think the map would be improved by removing the pedestal buttons that serve no purpose other than to kill the player. It would also be nice to have some signage, although then you'll also need better lighting and PuzzleMaker may not place the signage where the player can see it, but it would make the puzzles more about thinking and less about dying and trial and error.

Heheh, yeah that button is naughty =3 I wanted to make this part longer, but I hit my object limit. I'm going to try to be more economical with part 2 =)

Either part 2 or 3 will feature that "spherical" room with an actual purpose. >_>

Thanks for trying my map <3 !

That was ... interesting. I can see how people could get fed up with it, but I was in a mood to press on to the end, so thumbs up. I will now watch toncica's blind run, but reading your reply to him I see that I used the same method as him to dispose of the turrets. I could not figure out the purpose of the orange gel, so I went for the turrets as soon as possible so that I could explore more. The end was weird; I just jumped down and walked out. I didn't step on the button because the door was open and I knew that this is a death trap map, so why tempt fate. I did go back after finishing and what happens when you do step on the button is pretty funny.

I think, goose, we're just going to have to agree to disagree. You don't like turrets, that's cool. I love turrets. Especially when I can do an entire map without killing a single one, they're so cute. (Picking them up and facing them toward a wall is incredibly amusing for me)

I should like to point out that all of my puzzles can be done without reflexes. You just have to remember that they are designed to cater to both types of players, and if you don't like the first possible solution you see, look for another one, because it's there, hiding somewhere =)

That was an awesome run, I love the way you took out the turrets. It's funny because I subjected my brother to this map today and he also used the blue gel on them, it was great. I never expected that to happen, but it was so much fun to watch. <3 Thanks so much!
