Good Tooltip Ultimate

It's been a while since "Ultimate Tooltip" was updated, and to be honest, It really needed one.

This contains all the aspects of "Ultimate Tooltip" by Natz, plus some add ons from me personally.

This added the ability to see the Culture, Religion, and the Character ID. The first two are kinda pointless since you can see it anyway, but now you can see the Character ID, a much needed addition.

This also fixes the bug of the ethnicities containing broken text, which was because the mod wasn't encoded properly. Some other additions are that I've increased the highest fertility percentage that can be seen from 200% to 1000% (how this would ever occur though is a mystery), and health from 20 to 100 (same with this. At that point, you're God).

You should be also be able to see if that mystic from the Immortality event line is a fraud or not. I never tested this, so you'll have to tell me if it actually does. (EDIT: It does, thanks CyberScorpio!)

A big thanks from Natz for making the mod in the first place and to the other mods that he used, and to Whizzer from discord because without him, I would have never figured out how to make this work in the first place.

This comes with French, German, and Spanish support, although I used Google Translator, so you should expect them to be not fully correct.

This should be Ironman capable, I don't know why it would not be. I don't play ironman myself though.
