KC - NHS Posters and Rugs

Description
I felt there was not enough NHS content on the site, so I remade all of the in-game posters to have NHS branding, along with themed rugs and some real-world NHS posters, reworked to fit into Two Point Hospital.

As a bonus, I also added a small amount of Covid 19 and Keep Calm/Carry On content.

Please note, all posters cost the same as their counterparts, or if original, simiarly to their counterparts. Any that do not have counterparts (unlocked via star completion) are set at 200 kudos. All other items cost reasonable amounts of Kudos.
