Description
A small submod for the wonderful Great War mod by Wolferos, this adds the Dominion of Newfoundland, several victory points, an election event, and decisions to invite British colonies in the Carribean into Canada

Perhaps add a decision post-war, if the Entente wins, for Newfoundland to build a memorial in France?

IRL there's a monument near Beaumont-Hamel and it's a fairly sizable monument and preservation area. In game terms, this decision could add a relationship bonus with France and an increase to base stability or war support?
