Report a translation problem
You'd think that the door would push you while it closes. Another Portal bug I wasn't aware of! Thanks, I will pay attention to this in my future puzzles.
For this one, I will leave it that way. It's early in the puzzle and won't break anyone's game. I don't see any way of fixing it other than (1) replacing the door with lasers/fizzlers (but I want a prison door lol) or (2) removing the timer (which creates a sense of hurry that I like).
I am thinking about installing the Beemod. It does look interesting!
Have you considered installing Beemod? You can update the visuals and add manual save points to your maps.
The intermittent lasers function with two cubes that hit buttons. The first cube triggers the laser when it sits on a button. The second cube respawns itself and the first cube when it hits a button. WHile the first cube is reaching for its button, the lasers are off!
