Imperial elf portraits

This mod has roughly 60 portraits for POP,
species with about 90 portraits of leaders, including envoys, to the game.

I didn't have a cartoon-style portrait of an elf with an imperial feel, so I made my own.

With the updated leader system, we added a consistent set of portraits for the rulers and their successors.
More dynastic patterns will be added in the future.

We are also continuing to add and correct portraits that we feel are outdated.

このMODはPOPのためのポートレートを大体60枚、
