because of the simple nature of this mod, it is unlikely it will ever stop working

Intended to be used with Random Country Placement , but should still be compatible with vanilla.

This mod adds 12 additional political advisors (not any army staff). Some of the advisors are only available if certain political parties have enough influence.

Here's the full list:

Financial expert (100pp)
- consumer goods -5%
- needs 50% democratic/neutrality

Economist (150pp)
- production efficiency cap

Editor (100pp)
- political power gain +5%
- stability +5%
- needs 50% democratic/neutrality

Prince of Terror (100pp)
- non-core manpower +2%
- foreign subversive activities efficiency -30%
- damage to garrisons -25%
- needs 50% communism/fascism

Silent Workhorse (150pp)
- political power gain +15%

Technocrat (150pp)
- research speed +5%
- civilian factory construction speed +5%

Propaganda Master (100pp)
- war support +10%
- needs 50% communism/fascism

Popular Figurehead (150pp)
- stability +15%

Shadow of Calles (100pp)
- political power gain +15%
- daily neutrality support +0.1
- needs 30% neutrality

Social Reformer (100pp)
- stability +15%
- daily democratic support +0.1
- needs 30% democratic

Syncretic Revanchist (100pp)
- generate war goal tension limit -50%
- justify war goal time -25%
- daily fascism support +0.1
- needs 30% Fascism

Ambitious Union Boss (100pp)
- consumer goods factories -0.5
- daily communism support +0.1
- needs 30% communism

Thank you for the info! Turns out my inexperienced past self had put an unneeded file in the mod folder that screwed up everything. Should be fixed now.

I currently don't make mods that are created with the intention of being compatible with any other major overhaul mod, but you (or anyone else for that matter) are more than welcome to make submods/patches with this mod as a blueprint.

Here's a couple suggestions I have for more advisors (if they haven't already been done):

Staunch Monarchist (100pp)
- Daily non-aligned support +0.1

Colonial Enforcer (100pp)
- puppet cost (in peace conference) -15%
- Daily autonomy gain (for puppets) -0.1
- Damage to garrisons -20%
- Needs 40% Non-Aligned/Fascism

Diplomatic Wrangler (150pp)
- Generate war goal tension limit -25%
- World tension generation -10%
? Cost of annexation in peace conference -15%
