Report a translation problem
The 211820 folder is for Starbound. Each mod will have its own folder within 211820 named with the Steam workshop mod ID, which can be found in the url of the mod on the workshop page, as the mods' directories can be found within Starbound's mod info menu from the main menu in-game. Just type the mod ID from the url into the file explorer search bar in 211820 folder.
What I do is copy the "contents.pak" file and paste it in the mods folder and rename it to "WhateverNameHere.pak"
Once done you can unsubscribe from the mod in Steam as you now have the .pak file you can just drop in your mods folder.
(ie maybe post it to Nexus Mods website please)
