Amalgamation: Rocketeer Secondary Specialization

Description
This mod adds a new secondary Amalgamation specialization built entirely around the awesome (but criminally underused) rocket launcher secondary weapon.

What is it?
There's a ton of great Amalgamation specs out there, but rocket launchers always felt a little under-represented. By default you only have the Heavy tertiary spec using them, but picking one over a LW2 gauntlet locks you out of all the cool (or hot, I suppose) fire skills. Not great!

The whole situation is complicated further by a lack of abilities that even work with the weapon, leaving few options for new specs. Thankfully, Alpha115 put out an excellent Rocketeer class with a bunch of unique rocket-focused abilities. And, as it turns out, they work great in spec form as well!

How does it play?
Rockets are extremely powerful, but have limited uses and impair mobility. The Rocketeer specialization allows you to get and carry more, move further and expend less effort using them.

A hefty melee attack (with multiple potential upgrades!) and some solid gunplay abilities round out the spec, allowing the Rocketeer to remain in the fight even when the big booms run out.

How balanced is it?
Expect the spec to be quite strong. Some of the original mod's perks were shuffled around to make progression a bit slower, but they are still powerful in their own right.

It shouldn't do, the ability is super simple internally: It just modifies mobility by one. I don't think it even shows up in the UI flags, it's basically just a hidden +1 growth.

There are two other things that may affect mobility, though: Carried rockets will subtract 1 mobility each, and the Dreadnought primary spec subtracts a fixed amount. (and I /think/ that was -2?)

Is it any of those? If not, what are your soldier's rank and specs?

Big update today! TL;DR: Changed squaddie skill and patched up the issue that forced us to use the old one, shuffled some stuff around, removed GTS unlocks, allowed Heavy again.

It's out! Unfortunately had to exclude Heavy as the ability situation (needing Shock and Awe to actually fire the launcher) would occasionally cause a given rank's perks to become inaccessible. :(

Heads up: Got a rarity pass for a bunch of my specs coming up at some point in the next week. The huge influx of new/changed specs over the past year or so has been great, but has also thrown a lot of older specs out of whack.

These changes are likely going to break some classes in ongoing campaigns, sorry! If you notice any characters that did lose their class, use my Console Helper's RandomizeClass command with one or more old specs, or (temporarily) remove the new exclusions in the matching spec's XComAmalgamation.ini file. (they'll be clearly marked as being new)

Update is out! Pretty much a complete overhaul, as the original class changed a ton as well. All the old non-Rocketeer filler specs are gone, and in their place we now have a full roster of unique perks that covers all ranks.

Old saves should work as expected, though any classes using the Rocketeer spec will need a reroll if you want to use the new abilities. New classes will automatically have them.

I did add an exclusion for Stukov's Richard's Classes Assassin, as a stealthy sneaky spec seemed like a poor fit. This only affects one possible class combination, so the chances of encountering this are tiny.

If you do happen to see a character with no class assigned, you can use Additional Soldier Console Commands or my Amalgamation helper to reroll it. ("RandomizeClass true OLDPRIMARYSPEC Rocketeer any")
