Faster Decayed Birch

Description
Speeds up the Decayed Birch's situation.

Normal = 2 per month (was 0.8)
Fast = 3 (was 1)
Slow = 1 (was 0.6)

As a bonus, it also removes the Mega Engineering and Tetra Engineering tech roadblocks.

Why? Well...

Maybe you're a full time employee or student that only gets an hour or so to play, if that, every day and you'd rather not take a whole year to complete the birch world.

Maybe you'd rather have your birch world ready to go before the endgame crisis (And/or endgame lag) arrives?

Maybe you're one of those players that changes the mid and endgame years to 2250 and 2300 and you want the Birch World situation to account for that? The normal Decayed Birch origin was designed around a default 2300/2400 mid/end game year, and it was NOT designed to account for changes.

Or maybe you're just a person among an ever-increasing number of people who just have an ever-decreasing amount of patience?

If these (or some other reason or reasons) apply to you, this is the minimod for you. If not, then feel free to not use it.

Q/A:
"Does this increase the birch's power?

No. It only increases the speed of the story situation.
I suppose you could argue that it does increase the power by proxy by giving you the story bonuses far sooner than you're supposed to have them. But otherwise no, this mod makes no changes to said bonuses or the birch world mechanics.

"My economy crashed!! I have negative minerals/energy and there's no hope of recovery!"

A consequence of going too fast. You wanted to go faster, so you got it, and everything that goes with it. Minerals in particular will be a huge problem in later stages if you are not careful. If you need to, take a few years on slow to get your minerals going.
Yes, you can afford to do that now since the slowest speed is now equivalent to the unmodded fastest speed.

"This isn't balanced!"

No, it's not balanced, and never will be. Thank you for noticing. If you want balance, don't use this. Funny how that works.

"This isn't realistic! There's no way you can explore a birch world that fast!"

There's no way for a birch world to even exist in the first place, so we're already running on moon logic as it is. If you want an explanation for as to why the birch world is being explored so fast... Magic speed robot drugs. That's the best explanation you're getting.

"But the story..."

Don't worry, the story is still there, and nothing about it has changed. The only thing that's changed is that you wait less long in between segments. And that there's no longer any tech roadblocks in sections 7 and 9.

"Is this a troll mod?"

If you want to see it that way, then I suppose it can be. This mod is not really meant to be taken seriously either way.

"But why, though?"

It was a mod in demand, so I made it. Quite simple.

"Is this compatible with Draconas's Ex-Aeternum Birch World Origin?"

Yes, it is. It does not edit the same files as that one does. This mod is literally two files, and neither of them conflict. I have run a quick test with that mod, and the center of the galaxy spawns the way it's supposed to with no hiccups.

As a starbound modder, I know better than to needlessly overwrite things if I can possibly help it.

"Will there be a hyperfast version?"

Hyperfast version for pure lulz

It works fine for me, but I think most people look at the descriptor in the launcher to determine support. So maybe you can "update" the mod with no changes but set the stellaris version to 3.7.*. Thanks for making the mod :)
