War Paint base is Alien Tech

I would like this War Paint to have Macaw Masked VMTs enabled/Albedo-Tinting/The cool shiny metal phong.

Same as how Saccharine Striped, a Macabre Web Mk.II based paint, had it's shiny metal implemented.
