Adds psycastfocus cost reduction genes

Atm its only 3 genes
- 5% reduction
- 10% reduction
- 25% reduction

The gene graphics are just palceholders until i figure out how to actually make art for rimworld so it might stay like it is for a bit but its completly functional otherwise

Since this mod has been reported working in 1.6 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

Okay, (I think I messed up the load order file, but it might be something more insidious) it is malfunctioning, but the genes themselves are added in. It is here:

also, might be a bit. Technically can have it in the mod today, but I am procastinateing on re-writing the steam description, and that will be part of the update...

feel free man im not that much of a fan of the whole strict copyright stuff in the modding scene anyways. this stuff is fairly basic xml stuff a shout out is fine ye if you literally copy pasted it but otherwise no need.

I'm working on a mod with many genes, and some of them are similar to this.

I did use your mod as a template for the genes, i'm just double checking that it's fine (I mostly copied the description. I am not good at writing that)

Because of that, I did mention you in the credits, is that okay, or anything else?

ye am personally waiting for CE t0 update before i start playing again. but expect an update in the next couple weeks altho i suspect these mods largely already work and just need me to change a number. feel free to test it and tell me if it throws any errors
