Weather Lag Fix

Description
For you that's having fps issues with the weathers in starbound just like i did.

This mod lowers 2 settings (particleRegionPadding in client.config and particleRenderWindowPadding in rendering.config) to lower the impact it has on the game fps.

Should be compatible with Futara Dragon Engine and any other mod as long as it doesn't change these particle settings.

(The weather in the screenshot is the permanent toxic rain from Diverse Weathers and the font is Popjoy)

Nonsense! I PAID FOR THE WHOLE THERMOMETER IN MY COMPUTER, AND I'M GONNA USE THE WHOLE THERMOMETER!

Just found this mod after experiencing one of FU's imfamous weather patterns. Left my planet looking like a damn perpetual fireworks finale, my framerate hitting the single digits, and my computer begging for an ice cold water to keep from melting down! :slimetabby:

This will probably really help FPS in FrackinUniverse area's, that mod abuses the hell out of weather particles.

this one is patching the game config, the others are patching the weathers themselves

What is the difference between this and your Optimized Weather mods?
