This is a continuation of the Revive Dead House mod made by kReoSo, he deleted the mod and I missed it a lot so I looked up an old backup and updated it completely.
It is now again fully working as intended and I want to keep it up to date.

Contents
When you, as a dynast, open a dynasty house window from a dead house, you will see a Find Descendants button. Hire event occurs in a month if you press the button.

The button is enabled, when you control several counties whose cultural heritage is the same as the dynasty house founder.

Game rules are provided to change its cooldown dynasty prestige cost and how many such counties you should control.

Also, the higher your dynasty level of splendor, the better chance to get a skilled, highly educated descendant.(and the dynasty prestige cost also increased)

Another approach is taken by Reincarnate The Dead.(Ofc you can use both of them)

there is a slight glitch with this mod, the revived house doesn't gain dynasty points

Greeting! The English loc had change so Chinese translation had some mistake that I remake a new translation

This is machine translation.
Generating a character out of thin air and appearing in the clan tree appears very abrupt, lacking a sense of immersion. It doesn't seem like a true descendant of a lost family, but rather like an unrelated person impersonating a descendant. Is it possible to generate a random patrilineal clan tree for descendants and continue it on to a deceased character?

If you're willing to save edit you can find the character ID and set their parent as someone from the tree.

Is it possible to modify the mod so that it also generates a direct line to the house you revive? The family tree with a "new" part without any real connection to the family does break the immersion a bit.

Now I can revive whole dead dynasties with less work.

whenever I land a person from a revived house the house name changes to some generic one with the same sigil and original founding date.. very weird
