Description
To toil in God's domain is not an easy task.

Based on the original TF2 Ubercharge Avatar profiles.

Teamcolor - Fully Charged
Australium - Overcharged

Changes:
- Added new spark system that spawns based on hat size.
- Introduced new experimental "Outline" tech. When close to the wearer, an Uber-like rimlight and eyeglow will appear. This also scales with hat size.

Why does the Outline effect fade at a distance?
There are several reasons for this:
1) A rimlight visible at long distances unfairly assists snipers in landing headshots.
2) From afar, the effect might be mistaken for Ubercharge, leading to gameplay confusion.
