The Chapter badge of the Imperial Fists is a mailed gauntlet said to be the hand of Rogal Dorn, clenched against a circular field of white. It is displayed proudly upon the battle-brothers’ left pauldrons.

Black templars as soon as their crusade signs and customization elements will be available, but for now the finished version in the game is normal.
except that the color of the shoulder pad and its border are different
Black border white background black cross - this is battle line, fire support
Red border black background red cross - veteran

@Aurora I think lothern blue would be the right lens color, at least according to the 8th edition codex on how the Imperial Fists are colored
