This is a general Compatibility Patch for Battle Graphics and several other mods BUT it comes with a major downside because this mod does remove some BG features. So do NOT use this mod unless it's clearly stated within the Battle Graphics Compatibility list.

⚠️ Please read the following mod loading order instructions carefully. It's very important to use the correct mod loading order!


  1. other mods (optional)
  2. Battle Graphics [BG] (REQUIRED if you use this comp. patch)
  3. Battle Graphics Zoom+Scale+Map (optional)
  4. Battle Graphics Redux Compatibility Patch (= this mod)

⚠️ P L E A S E - R E A D - T H I S ⚠️
  • With CK3 (no mods) there are ~ 10 different cultural army units f.e. western, mena, northern, mongol etc.
  • With Battle Graphics mod there are almost 40 different cultural army units f.e. also armies for english, french, cuman, italian etc. on top of the existing western, mena, northern, mongol etc. armies
  • This Comp.Patch does remove all extra culture armies that have been added by BG (f.e. english, french, cuman, italien etc. will be removed) and you will only use the vanilla culture armies (like western, mena, northern, mongol etc.) if you use this Comp.Patch
  • When should you use this Comp.Patch then?
  • I highly recommend NOT to use this comp. patch unless you really need it. How to know if you need it? Check the Battle Graphics Compatibility list. Mods that require this comp. patch will be clearly mentioned within the Battle Graphics Compatiblity list.
