Improved RNG Citizens

This improves upon Buggy Cheese's RNG citizens by removing the Beta Fast Zombie and its associated files from the rest of the mod. Anyone who was having problems with the Fast Zombie's animations before will see them reverted to their previous state (and this should apply for anyone who is using mods for the Fast Zombie as well).

No other changes have been made.
