Welsh Tribes

Based on the Tribal Wales mod by Lara's Freezer, found here: http://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=331484405

Makes the Welsh provinces at the Charlemagne and Old Gods starts tribal and removes all the secondary holdings from the affected counties. I liked the idea behind Lara's Freezer's mod, but I felt that leaving the secondary holdings in the counties was a bit silly since tribes get more levies from empty holding slots. Only the provinces of Hereford, Dyfed, Glamorgan, Gwent, Perfeddwlad, Gwynedd, Powys, and Shrewsbury are affected.

Installation:
Click the big green subscribe button and let Steam do the rest.

Compatability:
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't modify the history files for the provinces listed above.
Made for version 2.3.2
